Second Chapter Brewing, housed in the old library in downtown Ogallala, Nebraska, is a craft brewery known for its welcoming taproom, on-site brewing operations, and spacious outdoor deck just minutes from Lake McConaughy. Since opening in January 2023, we’ve earned a strong reputation for quality craft beer, exceptional customer service, and creative community events. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking motivated team members to join us on this journey. 

Summary: The Taproom Server / Shift Lead assists guests and provides exceptional customer service, hospitality, and sales support. Individuals in these positions will report to the owners or to the Taproom Manager. Servers and Shift Leads support the day-to-day operations of the taproom.
