The City of Ogallala is seeking an experienced and visionary City Manager to oversee the administration of city government and work closely with the City Council to guide the community's future. This executive leadership position directs municipal operations, manages city departments, oversees budgeting and strategic planning, and helps deliver high-quality public services to residents.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in public administration, political science, business management, or a closely related field, along with at least five years of municipal administration experience (or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience). Strong leadership, budgeting, communication, and public administration skills are essential.
